First Baptist Fisherville's Mother's Day Out is for children ages 6 months - 5 years. Our regular days of operation are Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9am - 2pm. Some age groups will have Mondays available. Extended care is available for families who also have children enrolled in ECS.

Susan Charping - Executive Director
As a member of First Baptist Church, Fisherville, Susan enjoys serving her Heavenly Father through ministering to children, especially preschool ages. She has served as the Mother's Day Out Director since August 2007. As Executive Director, Susan is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of Mother's Day Out. She has a B.A. in Communications and Psychology from Texas Tech University and several years of management and marketing experience.
As the mother of 2 young children, Susan understands the needs of both parent and child as they journey through the preschool years. Susan has strived to achieve and maintain the high standards parents expect when it comes to their children's physical, spiritual, emotional, and intellectual care. She is dedicated to making the entire Mother's Day Out experience enjoyable for all involved.
Stephanie Gray - Director of Curriculum and Instruction and Instructor of Jr. Kindergarten transition class
As a member of First Baptist Church, Fisherville, Stephanie is so thankful for the opportunity to serve her church and the children of this community. Her goal as the Director of Curriculum and Instruction is to choose instructional leaders and materials which will lay a strong spiritual and academic foundation through developmentally appropriate activities. Her hope is that children who emerge from our program will be prepared for future Christian service and further academic success.
Stephanie has a B.S. in Early Childhood Education from the University of Memphis. She has 16 years of teaching experience, which includes 5 years in Kindergarten and 11 years teaching 1-3 grades. Stephanie joins our Mother's Day Out team with vast knowledge and experience in knowing what our school systems requires for those entering Kindergarten and has developed curriculum to prepare them as they leave our program.
She and husband Mark are the proud parents of Mei Mei Gray who is entering the first grade this year.
