RecNet

The activity ministry of our church is centered around the RecNet building. The purpose of this recreational facility is to recreate the body, mind and soul through Christ-like nurture, evangelism and training. We encourage balanced physical, emotional and spiritual fitness through cardiovascular improvement on the walking track, fitness equipment and aerobics, along with strength training in the weight room. Also, please take advantage of the sports opportunities which include basketball, volleyball, racquetball, and a game room. You are always welcome to get fit for Him at the RecNet.This facility is home to our Upwards Basketball program in the fall and winter. The doors are open five days a week by 5:00 am for those who choose to walk on the indoor track. Our older and younger men enjoy playing basketball several nights a week. It is home to lots of big dinners such as our Community Thanksgiving dinner, and our annual Valentine Banquet.Our Upwards Basketball program for our children and neighborhood children use this facility for their practices and games on Saturday mornings.
