What: The Grizzlies are taking on the Seattle SuperSonics in what looks to be a high-scoring match-up. After the game, Building 429 will be in concert. The $25 ticket not only gets you in the game and concert, but also nets you a Grizzlies cap and a meal voucher worth $7.50. |

Youth Evangelism Conference When: February 29-March 1, but I need your $$$ by Jan. 23 Where: The Collesium in Nashville Who: any youth and their youth friends Cost: $35
What: We'll leave Friday afternoon as soon as our Middle Schoolers all get to the church and head to Nashville for the late rally/worship service. Saturday morning, we'll head to the early rally/worship service, then to a small group break-out. After that, we grab lunch and head for home. Sounds like a quick trip, but our students we'll get to hear Bubba Thurman, be challenged by Nick Vujicic, worship with Kristian Stanfill, and rock-out with 33 Miles. |

World Changers When: June 20-28, 2008, a $50 non-refundable deposit is due Jan. 13 Where: Huntington, WV Who: Students who will have completed 7th-12th grades Cost: $300 (minus what support we raise)
What: A week of doing for those that can't do for themselves in an effort to show the love of Christ and earn the opportunity to share the Gospel of Christ. We'll be spending our days painting homes, building wheelchair ramps, replacing windows, and for a few fortunate souls, re-roofing old homes. We'll spend our nights in worship together with all of the other churches participating that week, in devotional time with just our youth group, in our sleeping bags on our air mattresses relishing very moment of sleep we can get before the next day. |

What: a week of construction at the orphanage by day, and ministry to the neighboring village at night. |
