Associate Pastor, Ed Nix

Background:
Pastor Ed Nix has been in ministry with his wife Nora for forty years. He is a graduate of William Carey Baptist College and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. They have three children. Their son, John and his wife Allison have two daughters, Sarah and Sydney and a son, Simeon. John is an Evangelical Youth Minister with Vertical Purpose Ministries. Their older daughter, Kathy is a graduate of MUW,  and is employed with AOC of Collierville in sales and customer service. Their younger daughter, Martha, is a graduate of the University of Memphis with a major in Child Psychology.  She is married to Peter Imes and they have a son named Benjamin.  She is a therapist for autistic and learning challenged children, and develops learning plans for these children.

Focus:
As Associate Pastor/Administrator/Education Minister, Brother Ed assists the pastor with preaching and visitation duties, oversees the offices, finances, computers, and plans and directs the education ministry of the church.
